A printable book on US Letter pages: an optional cover, an optional contents page that links to each section, then one section per page. It is dumb on purpose: it lays out what it is given and knows nothing about where the text comes from.

v0.1.0
Minor Changes
deb27cc: Add PrintDocument, a template for a printable book: an optional cover, an optional contents page that links to each section, then one section per US Letter page, with an optional running title in the top margin. Each page is a white sheet with dark text on screen and on paper, whatever the site theme. Its print rules use a named page, so they never change how another page prints.
Patch Changes
edb39cf: Fix the running title when several documents are mounted: a module-level list of mounted titles means <html> always holds the last remaining title (or none), whatever order the documents unmount in. Retitling a mounted document keeps its place in that order, and a whitespace-only title is ignored. Raise the muted text on the white sheet (blockquotes in RichText) from GrayText to a blend of CanvasText and Canvas that reaches WCAG AA contrast.
